- Hi Sandy, Are you saying that this product Killed patients and was not reported to anyone? If this is so, to whom was it reported as the cause or determined to be the cause of deaths?

- Hello Sandy, From what we've seen, the results, despite the poor record keeping has been quite good at the end of the day. The lab was unregistered, which is not at all unusual in academic environments, but I've seen nothing to indicate it was subpar in it's performance.
